Early contractor involvement

If you are looking for a partner to bring on earlier in the building process in order to eliminate risk and create a streamlined, cost effective and efficient project, CJ Duncan offer Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). The ECI model helps eliminate the risk of problems further along in the construction process, and it allows for a far more collaborative approach between all project stakeholders.

Project Management

Our team of skilled Project Managers oversee the process – from the beginning first stages and design, through to handover and ongoing support. To ensure a seamless delivery process, your dedicated Project Manager will provide a scheduled timeline and budget to meet your specific needs.

Our project managers provide critical expertise to the construction and site phase, backed by ISO accredited systems including OHS AS4801, Quality Management System ISO9001 and Environmental Management System ISO14001.

Procurement Options

We are experienced in a number of delivery models and can guide our clients towards the best method for their specific situation:

  • Lump-Sum – tendered, negotiated and progressive let
  • Construction Management – open book trade package procurement with a fixed fee for profit preliminaries and overheads
  • Early Contractor Involvement – with the option for certain consultants to be novated to the contractor
