The ECI model helps eliminate the risk of problems further along in the construction process, and it allows for a far more collaborative approach between all project stakeholders.

CJ Duncan was appointed by Caroma to deliver their Flagship Storeroom at Collins St Alexandria. The team assisted during preconstruction by proposing value engineering options in order to meet the client’s budget requirements, and collaborated with the design team to ensure the desired outcome was achieved for Caroma. They delivered to a high quality standard in line with our expectations.
TM Insights worked closely with CJ Duncan in an ECI engagement for the Caroma Flagship Retail Store, Collins St, Alexandria. The challenges associated with complex staging works and site constraints were very well managed – The final product looks fantastic.
