CJ Duncan commenced the construction utilising concept documentation, as such significant amounts of design development were undertaken during the project.

The client required exceptionally high quality standards and a quick delivery timeframe to ensure speed of delivery to market.

Material handling was challenging due to the age of the building, and the limited vertical handling options.
