CJ Duncan were engaged by Allianz Insurance on behalf of the Owner at 30-32 Bent Street, St Mary to complete the required repairs to impact damaged precast concrete wall panels.
The scope included the construction of new concrete footings, propping of the existing steel roof structure and the replacement of 15 concrete panels.
All works were completed ahead of the contract program and the tenants maintained full business operations during the works.
