A large commercial complex with 16 separate tenants – inc Mercedes and other quality brands. CJ Duncan was tasked to replace over 12,500sqm of metal roof sheeting due to hail damage, weekend work only. Protection was installed over all tenants contents within each tenancies each weekend. All protection was removed Sunday night to ensure each business could trade Monday morning. Roof mounted air conditioning units were disconnected and reconnected each weekend to allow the roof sheeting to be replaced.

Project was completed on time and on budget.
