As a result of the 2011 Queensland floods significant damage occurred to the Komatsu building in Sherwood. CJ Duncan were engaged by the insurance company and Komatsu to complete the required repairs and refurbishment works. The works included the full replacement and refurbishment of the office areas.
As with most CJ Duncan projects, the works had to be completed in a live site environment and the needs of the occupants were taken into full consideration by the CJ Duncan team. This project was completed on time and with no variations. The building owner and insurer were very pleased with the result.
