CJ Duncan was engaged by Zone Q & Artifex Property to replace all combustible cladding at their Clarence St Sydney property. All combustible cladding was removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting.

A critical consideration for this work was to ensure that the work was completed safely as the cladding was wrapping the top level of the building – 16 storeys above the ground. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working at heights and this was a major decision in our selection for the project.
