CJ Duncan was engaged to complete remedial / refurbishment works to 36 balconies due to exposure to the harsh salt air at Manly Beach. High-quality glass and stainless-steel balconies were installed to maximize views. Additionally, we installed waterproofing membranes and tiles to all the balconies.

Scaffolding of the entire building was required due to cliffside position and access issues.

All residents remained in-place throughout the construction works and were carefully managed and respected.
