This residential facade remedial project involved the replacement of windows over many levels and various facade repairs to resolve various leaking issues. 10 levels of scaffold was installed to complete the works. All works have been successfully completed and all leaks have been fixed. The owners have engaged CJ Duncan to complete further facade repairs since this contract was completed.
