Following the successful cladding replacement at 201 Pacific Highway, CJ Duncan have been further engaged by Centuria Capital to replace all combustible cladding at 203 Pacific Hwy Sydney. All combustible cladding is being removed and replaced with with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview.

Again, the safest and most cost-effective method to access the cladding is via the use of swinging stages. CJ Duncan’s years of experience working from swinging stages on facades of high-rise buildings enables quick and effective use of this technique.
