Cladding Replacement, 55 Clarence St Sydney

CJ Duncan have been engaged by Artifex Property to replace all combustible cladding at 55 Clarence St Sydney. All combustible cladding will be removed from the building and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview Products.

The cladding that exists is on the top level of the building only (roof level). It was assessed that the safest and most cost-effective solution to access the cladding was via the use of swinging stages. CJ Duncan have years of experience working from swinging stages on facades of high-rise CBD buildings.
