CJ Duncan replace combustible cladding of North Sydney Building

CJ Duncan were engaged by Centuria Capital to replace all combustible cladding to 201 Pacific Hwy Sydney. All combustible cladding was removed from the building and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview.

It was assessed that the safest and most cost-effective way to access the cladding was via the use of swinging stages. CJ Duncan have numerous years of experience working from swinging stages on facades of high-rise CBD buildings.
