All combustible cladding to be replaced at apartment complex on Sydney's Upper North Shore

CJ Duncan were engaged by the Owners Corporation to replace all the combustible cladding at Bruce Street, Killara. All combustible cladding is to be removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview. The existing framework was reused with minor adjustments to ensure structural adequacy and compliance.

A major consideration for this project was to ensure minimal disruption to occupants living in the building. CJ Duncan has years of experience working in ‘live’ strata buildings and this was a significant reason for our selection by The Owners.
