CJ Duncan was engaged to complete remedial works to this block of 8 apartments. The project included replacing waterproofing in leaking planter boxes and balconies – the works also included for the associated retiling.

Additionally, we installed all the required control joints and completed render repairs for the entire building. We then applied facade membrane and it was necessary to scaffold the entire building.

All residents remained in their homes throughout the construction works and were carefully managed and respected.
