CJ Duncan completed the full re-rendering of the entire apartment complex, including the cutting in of new expansion joints where required. Additionally, we replaced failed cavity & sill flashings throughout the building, waterproofing planter boxes and balconies with torch-on membrane and leaking wet-area membranes were removed and replaced.

All residents remained in-place throughout the construction works and were carefully managed and respected.
