CJ Duncan were engaged by the bank that financed the development of this complex after the developer/builder failed to complete.
The project included not only the completion of the development CJ Duncan was required to rebuild a significant amount of the original work due to poor workmanship. The complex contains 13 apartments, basement car-parking and was completed to a very high level of finish throughout.
