CJ Duncan competed remedial waterproofing works to all balconies and planter boxes to an existing medium-density apartment complex.

This project included the complete refurbishment of several apartments that were affected by water ingress and structural integrity issues. Several residents were carefully relocated whilst the works took place. The remaining residents remained in place whilst works were undertaken around them and this was managed with sensitivity.
