CJ Duncan were engaged by the Owners Corporation of this residential complex to complete various remedial works at Queen St Auburn Central as part of a major Home Warranty Claim.

The work included the replacement of over 100 bathrooms and various balconies due to failing membrane systems. Also completed were other remedial works including the re-waterproofing of rooftop areas and planter boxes.

The works were completed on a live site so the needs of the occupants were taken into close consideration by the CJ Duncan team.
