CJ Duncan were engaged by the Owners Corporation of this residential complex to complete various remedial works at 118 Karimbla St, Miranda as part of a major Home Warranty Claim.

The work included replacement of various bathrooms and balconies due to failing membrane systems. It was also necessary to complete various remedial works including the re-waterproofing of planter boxes and render repairs.

As often the case with strata remedial projects, the works had to be completed while occupants continued to live on site, their needs were taken into full consideration by the CJ Duncan team.
