CJ Duncan are presently completing the facade upgrade and remedial works to this building in Fairlight. The high level scope is to replace over 431 glass balustrade panels to all balconies and apply a new coating system to the balcony upturns.

The building is 16 levels high and the use of a mast climber for materials handling was required. To ensure the project is completed on time and to the required standard we have resourced the project with a full time project manage and site foreman.
