ACP cladding remediation project nears completion at Monument, Surry Hills.

This strata remedial and ACP cladding replacement project is nearing completion. The project has been successfully managed and delivered in a highly complicated live environment strata site.

The CJ Duncan teams have worked very closely with both the Owners Corporation and their project manager APG. This has ensured that the works were completed safely and efficiently in this Covid 19 environment. We have done everything possible to ensure our staff, contractors and all building occupants remain safe during our works.

This is an amazing building and we are very proud to be the contractor that was selected to complete the required remedial work. The owners are thrilled with the work completed to date and the manner in which we have completed it.
