These works are a direct result of the negative impact of COVID-19 on many businesses, forcing commercial tenants to rethink their office space needs in light of the economic fallout, coupled with a high number of staff choosing to stay working remotely.
Sadly, COVID-19 is likely to create medium to long-term impacts on the way that we all live and work. CJ Duncan has years of experience in de-fitting and reshaping commercial tenancies, be they contiguous floors or partial floors within CBD buildings.
This work is often done out-of-hours, at night or on weekends, to minimise the disruption to the building’s tenants.
