Flammable Cladding Replacement Project Nears Completion – Collaroy.

Works are progressing well at the Pittwater Road, Collaroy combustible cladding replacement project. CJ Duncan were engaged by The Owners to replace all of the combustible cladding on their building. Presently we are more than 70% complete and aim to complete by the end of June.

The CJ Duncan team are working closely with the Owners Corporation to ensure the works were completed efficiently and safely. The safety of the building’s occupants, our staff and contractors is key at all times.

We would like to congratulate the CJ Duncan delivery team led by John Park (Senior Project Manager) and David Royston (Senior Site Manager). They are doing a great job of ensuring that the works are being completed to a high standard and both the Owners and building occupants are happy with the process.
