Due to the height of re-cladding works it is often more cost-effective to replace combustible ACP cladding from alternative access methods.

In some instances, a traditional scaffold is the only viable option, but alternative access options such as mast climbers, swinging stages, Elevated Work Platform (EWPs), or even rope access (abseiling), are often less disruptive to tenants and may also be a more cost-effective solution. Here’s an example of swinging stage in use on a cladding remediation project in St Leonards. Not for the faint-hearted, but importantly, a safe and efficient way to work!
