CJ Duncan were engaged by Owners (SP 89005) to complete remedial works at 14 -16 Daintrey Crescent in Randwick.

This residential remedial project includes the replacement of failed cavity flashings, the re-waterproofing of leaking balconies, roof leak rectification and various other remedial works.

The investigation works, specification and tender process was run by Paul Ratcliff of Paul Ratcliff Building and Waterproofing Inspections Pty. Ltd. Paul is a leading expert in the remedial consultancy space.

As with most strata remedial projects, the works are taking place in a live site environment. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in this type of environment and will complete these works while minimising the impact to owners and residents during the update period.
