CJ Duncan were engaged by the Owners Corporationof this residential complex to complete various remedial works at 1927 Pittwater Road, Bayview as part of a major Home Warranty Claim.

The work included mainly the replacement of drummy and delaminated render to all 5 buildings within the complex. It was also required to excavate and re-waterproof large planter boxes. Localised repairs to various areas of the podium slab over the carpark area were also completed.

The investigation work and specification was completed by leading remedial expert Paul Ratcliff of Paul Ratcliff Building and Waterproofing Inspections Pty. Ltd.

As with most strata remedial projects, the works had to be completed in a live site environment and the needs of the occupants were taken into full consideration by the CJ Duncan team.
