CJ Duncan were engaged by the Owners Corporation of this residential complex to complete various remedial works at 7-9 Alexander Street, Tamarama as part of a major Home Warranty Claim.

The work included the replacement of all bathrooms due to failing membrane systems. It was also necessary to complete various remedial works including the re-waterproofing of planter boxes and render repairs.

As with most strata remedial projects the project was completed in a live site environment and the needs of the occupants were of paramount importance to the CJ Duncan team. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in this type of environment and was able to complete these works while minimising the impact to the owners and residents.
