CJ Duncan Builders were appointed by the receiver, Ernst & Young, to complete this project as the original builder went into receivership.

We have rebuilt a considerable amount of the original work due to poor workmanship and the additional factor that this project stood open to the weather for approximately 18 months after the original builder went into receivership. This five-storey building contains a roof-top swimming pool, basement car-parking and was completed to a very high level of finish throughout.
