CJ Duncan were engaged by the Owners Corporation of this residential complex to complete various remedial works at Ewos Parade Cronulla as part of a major Home Warranty Claim.

The work included the replacement of failed and leaking tile balcony areas to all apartments. Also required was the excavation and re-waterproofing of large planter boxes.  Localised repairs to various areas of the podium slab over the carpark area were also completed.

To complete this work all doors were removed and concrete hobs installed (to the slab edges) to provide the required ‘turn-up’ for the new sheet membranes to be correctly terminated.

The investigation work and specification was completed by leading remedial expert Paul Ratcliff of Paul Ratcliff Building and Waterproofing Inspections Pty. Ltd.

As with most strata remedial projects the project was a live site environment and the needs of the occupants were of the utmost importance to the CJ Duncan team.
