CJ Duncan completed remedial works to a block of 30 apartments. The work involved the replacement of waterproofing to leaking planter boxes and balconies, including retiling as required. We installed control joints across the rendered façade to arrest cracking and we repaired render where cracked and/or ‘drummy’. We then applied a façade membrane to the entire building.

To complete this work, the building was wrapped in scaffolding. The owners are delighted with the project outcome.
