CJ Duncan was engaged to replace membranes to 4 top terraces and 4 top planter boxes.

As with all live site environment projects we needed to complete these works while minimising the impact to owners and residents that remained in the building during the works.

To ensure this was possible we designed an external scaffold system that allowed us to access from the street and not impact the residents. In addition, a railing system on the top ledge was constructed to allow our team to safely move from terrace to terrace.
