Update on Sydney Corporate Park combustible cladding rectification project

Our combustible cladding replacement project for Goodman at Sydney Corporate Park is nearing completion. We have now commenced on the final of seven buildings in this busy Alexandria complex, with over 6,000 sqm of combustible cladding involved in this project.
This final building, situated on O’Riordan St, houses various prestige car brands, such as Rolls Royce, McLaren and Aston Martin, and is by far the most complex within Goodman’s Sydney Corporate Park.
The scaffolding required to complete these works is very complicated due to the architecture of the building requiring a lot of glass elements to be temporarily removed. We have programmed to complete this building in four stages across the facade, to minimise disruption to the tenants. We look forward to completing this project strongly and to Goodman’s and their customers’ satisfaction.
