Pool remediation works to be completed at Edgewater Apartments, Bayview

The CJ Duncan remedial team was engaged by the apartment owners of Edgewater Apartments to complete remedial works to their leaking pool.

CJ Duncan has previously completed various remedial works to this complex as part of a Home Warranty Insurance Claim. Over the last 4 years our remedial team has completed remedial works such as significant render repairs, large scale external membrane works, roofing repairs to internal bathroom and kitchen replacements. The pool remedial works will signal the completion of our work on this building.

The significant repair and restoration program was delivered while residents were still in the building, therefore the team’s live environment management used methodologies, materials and engagement strategies to minimise impact.

We would like to congratulate the CJ Duncan delivery team led by John Park (Senior Project Manager) and Chris Carberry (Senior Site Manager). They are doing an amazing job of ensuring that the works are being completed to a high standard and that the Owners and building occupants are happy with the process.
