At CJ Duncan, many of our projects take place in occupied strata buildings, meaning we often work night shifts and weekends to minimise disruption to residents and occupants.

Our Project Managers and Site Supervisors are well-equipped to manage night-time operations. We ensure our teams are properly scheduled to allow for adequate rest and time with their families, while still meeting project deadlines.

Offering night and weekend shifts is crucial to minimising disruption for our clients’ customers, who occupy the buildings we work on. Keeping your customers happy is a priority for us, and we take this responsibility seriously.
