CJ Duncan is thrilled to announce the award of the contract to replace the combustible cladding at Building F – 1 Homebush Bay Drive Rhodes. We are excited about working with the building owner (Frasers) on this project.

Our pre-construction / estimating team led but Josh Black undertook a lengthy and detailed process tendering this project and provided a carefully considered and engineered methodology program that ultimately secured the job.

This win builds upon our growing portfolio of ACP replacements across Sydney, Brisbane and the ACT. All of these projects are in live and operational environments, an area that we have extensive experience in managing.
