Defective cladding replacement project at Millers Point building

Our NSW team recently completed another successful ACP Cladding Remediation at Millers Point, Sydney for AMP Capital. The CJ Duncan team removed the combustible Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) materials from the building’s facade and replaced them with new, compliant solid aluminium cassette panels in line with Fire Safety Orders provided by the City of Sydney Council.
