Cladding Remedial Works Progressing at 80 Alfred St Sth, Milsons Point

CJ Duncan is making significant strides on the cladding remedial works at 80 Alfred St South, Milsons Point, as part of the Project Remediate program. The focus of this project is on the awning, with oversight provided by Project Manager Dave Royston, Construction Manager John Park, and Site Manager Mohamed Gadd.

The project team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. In line with the NSW Design and Building Practitioners (DBP) Act, all regulated designs have been uploaded to the NSW Planning Portal, ensuring full regulatory adherence. Workers have also completed the TAFE NSW ‘Safety Standards at Occupied Sites’ course to promote a secure working environment.

Utilising advanced systems such as SignOnSite, Procore, and BIM 360, the team is enhancing project efficiency and safety. CJ Duncan is committed to delivering top-quality results while meeting all necessary regulations throughout the project’s duration.
