Great progress being made at our latest cladding replacement project for Frasers in Rhodes
News August 2022
Work has started with a serious amount of early progress at our latest cladding replacement project for Frasers.
Combustible cladding exists on all elevations of this building and we are attacking all elevations at once. CJ Duncan are experts in facade work and have extensive experience in all types of facades and the various access equipment required to complete them. This experience is being drawn upon for this project as we are using a combination of fixed scaffold, large knuckle booms, EWPs and swinging stages to allow us to access all the multiple areas of cladding that need to be replaced. This project required a different access arrangement for each area to mitigate safety risk, optimise construction productivity and minimise impact on tenants and neighbours.
The CJ Duncan team are working closely with Frasers to ensure that the works are completed efficiently and safely. The safety of the building’s occupants, our staff and contractors is key at all times.
We would like to congratulate the CJ Duncan delivery team led by John Park (Senior Project Manager) and Dave Royston (Senior Site Manager). They are doing an amazing job of ensuring that the works are being completed to a high standard and smashing the program at the same time.
