CJ Duncan is thrilled to announce the award of the contract to replace the combustible cladding at Sydney Wharf Apartments – 56a Pirrama Rd Pyrmont. This is one of Sydney’s most prestigious residential addresses. We are very excited about working with both the owners and RHM (client-side engineer and project manager) on this project.

Our pre-construction / estimating team led but Josh Black undertook a lengthy and detailed process tendering this project.

CJ Duncan took the time to provide a carefully considered and engineered methodology and program that ultimately secured the project.

This project contributes to our increasing portfolio of ACP replacement projects across Sydney, Brisbane and the ACT. All of these projects are in live and operational environments, an area that we have significant experience in managing.
