Combustible Cladding Replacement Project Underway In Haymarket

Works have commenced and are progressing well at the commercial Thomas St project. CJ Duncan have been engaged by Transgrid to replace all the combustible cladding on this building.

Scaffold on the western elevation (Goods Line) and the northern elevation (Ultimo Rd) will be completed over the next week and the cladding removal will commence as soon as the scaffold has been completed.

We are worked closely with BGIS Managers and the building occupants to ensure the works progress safely and effectively in this live environment. We are doing everything possible to ensure our staff, contractors and all building occupants remain safe during our works.
