CJ Duncan has been engaged by The Owners of Strata Plan 90019 at 79 Quay St, Haymarket, to deliver their extensive and complex cladding replacement project.

The project involves removing over 10,000m² of combustible ACP cladding and installing solid aluminum panels.

Our pre-construction and estimating team, led by Danny Ng, conducted a thorough and detailed tendering process, providing a carefully engineered methodology and program that secured this significant project.

The CJ Duncan delivery team, headed by Brent Baxter (Senior Project Manager), Sue Loumbos (Project Manager), and Gary Monaghan (Senior Site Manager), is doing an outstanding job. They are ensuring the work is completed safely, to the highest standards, and ahead of schedule.
