Key Upgrades Completed at 1 Bruce St, Killara

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our latest project at 1 Bruce St, Killara. Working with the Owners Corporation and Leo & Associates Consulting Engineers, our team carried out essential upgrades to enhance the building’s functionality and safety.

The project involved several key tasks, including:

  • alterations to the existing stormwater drainage system
  • the construction of new hobs
  • and the reconstruction of the parapet wall.

We also completed:

  • re-waterproofing on the rooftop and common area balcony
  • rectified cavity flashing and weepholes
  • replaced terrace doors
  • reinstated areas affected by the works.

Despite the challenges presented by the intricate nature of these tasks, our team’s expertise ensured a smooth and successful delivery. We are proud to have restored and improved the building, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
