The CJ Duncan fitout team are very excited to be awarded the project to deliver the display suite for the One Circular Quay (OCQ) development. To be built on the old Goldfields House site, right on Circular Quay, this $550m project comprises 165 luxury apartments in one tower and a 182 room hotel in a second tower. Our display suite will be one of the most prestigious display suites ever built in Sydney.
