Remedial & ACP Cladding Replacement – Sunbeam St, Campsie.

CJ Duncan have been engaged by the Owners Corporation to complete required remedial works to their property at 3 Sunbeam Street, Campsie and the project is well underway.

The scope of work included the replacement of over 4,000sqm of combustible cladding as well as various remedial works. This work will ensure the longevity of the complex. CJ Duncan are experts in facades works and have extensive experience in all types of facades and the required access equipment. This experience is drawn upon for this project, as we are using a combination of fixed scaffold, mast climbers and EWPs to access the multiple areas of cladding that need to be replaced.

The CJ Duncan team are working closely with the Owners Corporation to ensure that the works were completed efficiently and safely. The safety of the building’s occupants, our staff and contractors is key at all times.

They are doing an amazing job of ensuring that the works are being completed to a high standard and that the Owners and building occupants are happy with the process.
