CJ Duncan is excited to announce the successful completion of our renovation project at 1-5 Railway St, Chatswood, in collaboration with Diagnostech and the Owners Corporation. This extensive renovation has brought significant upgrades to the property, reflecting our dedication to excellence in every aspect of the work.

The project involved the removal of the existing roof waterproof membrane, followed by a thorough roof topping repair and replacement. Our team also installed new concrete plinths and a fresh roof waterproof membrane to ensure long-term protection. We fitted new cappings, replaced outdated balustrades, and conducted essential podium level slab waterproofing repairs. The installation of external bollards has further enhanced the property’s safety and functionality.

Under the leadership of our Construction Manager John Park and Site Manager Chris Carberry, every detail of the renovation was meticulously executed. CJ Duncan is proud to have delivered exceptional results that will significantly benefit the property and its users. We’re thrilled with the outcome and look forward to applying our expertise to future projects.
