CJ Duncan were engaged by Dexus to replaced all combustible cladding to a property they manage at 1 Margaret St Sydney. All combustible cladding was removed from the building (including plastic packers and top hat framework) and it was replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview Products.

A key part of this work was to ensure minimal disruption occurs to the many tenants that work within these buildings. To ensure this we completed all works over weekends to ensure minimal disruption to all of the building’s occupants. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in ‘live’ strata buildings and this was a major factor in our selection by Dexus.
