Combustible Cladding Replacement of Commercial Office Building in Sydney's CBD - 68 Pitt St

CJ Duncan were engaged by Charter Hall to replace all combustible cladding at 68 Pitt St Sydney. All combustible cladding is to be removed from the building and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview Products.

A key part of this work is to ensure minimum disruption occurs to the occupants. To make sure of this we will complete all works at night and over weekends which will reduce any interference.

CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in ‘live’ strata buildings and this was a major factor in our selection by Dexus.
