Charter Hall with Knight Frank engage CJ Duncan to replace all combustible cladding of mixed zoned Sydney CBD building 10 Shelley St.

CJ Duncan have been engaged by Charter Hall to replace all combustible cladding at 10 Shelley St Sydney.

All combustible cladding will be removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting. The investigation works, specification and tender process is being run by Andrea Brown of Knight Frank Project Management.

Critical consideration for this work is to ensure as little disruption as possible for the many occupants that live within the building. CJ Duncan has many decades of experience working in ‘live’ buildings and this was a major decision in our selection for the project.
