ACP Cladding Replacement, 83 Clarence St Sydney

CJ Duncan have been engaged by Dexus to replace all combustible cladding to 83 Clarence St Sydney. All combustible cladding will be removed from the building (including plastic packers and top hat framework) and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting supplied by Fairview Products.

A key part of this work was to ensure minimal disruption for the many tenants that work within the building. To ensure this, work was completed over weekends ensuring minimal disturbance to the occupants. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in ‘live’ strata buildings and this was a key influence in our selection by Dexus.
