CJ Duncan was engaged by GPT to replace all combustible cladding at 8 ParkviewDrive Sydney Olympic Park. All combustible cladding was removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting. The investigation works, specification and tender process was managed by Artazan Property Group.

A critical consideration for this work was to ensure as little disruption as possible for the many occupants that work within the building. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in ‘live’ buildings and this was a major decision in our selection for the project.
