CJ Duncan was engaged by Dexus to replace all combustible cladding at Kent St in Sydney. All combustible cladding has been removed and replaced with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting. The investigation works, specification and tender process were managed by Artazan Property Group (APG).

All work was closely managed by the CJ Duncan team and APG project managers to ensure the works progressed safely and effectively in a Covid 19 environment. It was ensured that our staff, contractors and all building occupants remained safe during the works.

Careful consideration was given to this project to ensure as little disruption as possible for the many occupants that work within the building. CJ Duncan has decades of experience working in “live” buildings and this was a major influence on our selection for the project.
